Scientific model
TidalPy supplies the degree-2 mode polynomial G(e) = 3.5e − 7.6875e³, whose square weights heating. This lab retains that single mode and the radius/orbit scaling, then normalizes heat for gameplay. It excludes the full Love-number rheology and multimode solver. Probe power, temperature steps and science points are fictional.
